Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. For example, the Professional plan is $79/month or $758/year (equivalent to $63/month).

An athlete is any user who has an active account and receives workouts or training content. Inactive athletes (those who haven't logged in for 90+ days) can be archived and won't count toward your limit.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to the next tier or archive inactive athletes. We won't automatically charge you more—you'll always have time to make a decision.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you'll never be charged again after cancellation.
